last october

So apparently they were in the country last october. I am disappointed that I only found this out recently.

Instead of being there I did this 

 most delicious cocktail that i have ever tasted

 and this instead

Mmmm......cake

It was my birthday weekend.  I went out with close friends for a night out and I was surprised with a gorgeous red velvet cake in the morning. I love cake. Just saying.

So all in all, I must say, wasn't really a total loss.
